1. What is your packaging method?
Usually, the sink is packed in a wooden box in a carton and bathtub with our LOGO on it. In Punchan,we can also customize the LOGO for you.
2. What are your payment terms?
T/T. 30% DP before production, the remaining 70% before shipment. We will show you the production and packaging photos before delivery in Punchan.
3. Can you customize it for the market?
Yes, we have a customized R&D team. After receiving the customer's ideal/ drawing/ sample, we will provide professional development opinions. We can provide drawings and molds for each customer in Punchan.
4.Are freestanding tubs going out of style?
Freestanding bathtubs are designed to walk on all four sides. As a result, they require more bathroom space than a niche bathtub of the same size. However, because they can be placed anywhere and do not require a water wall, they give you more flexibility in decorating your bathroom.
5.Are LED mirrors bright enough?
Yes, the backlight LED mirror provides just the right lighting for the mirror you need. The light placed behind the mirror is bright enough to allow you to see your reflection clearly.

Yes. We have a professional product design team to assist customers with customized needs and provide professional product solutions.
7.What if there are size issues?
We can provide CAD drawings and 3D renderings to ensure product sizes precisely meet engineering needs.
8.How do you ensure the selected products perfectly fit our bathroom design?
Our professional team will recommend suitable products based on the bathroom design provided by the customer. By providing CAD images and 3D images of the products, customers can intuitively understand the product's performance in actual scenarios and make the best.
10.Product Minimum Order Quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product, usually 50-100 pieces.If the order quantity is less than the above wholesale MOQ, we will sell it at the retail price or sample price.
